Operations & Executive Support Associate provides operational,
reporting, and coordination support to the Growth organization.
This role is responsible for managing logistics, reporting, and
execution so Growth leaders and reps can remain focused on
revenue-generating work. The position supports business development
operations, conferences and events, reporting cadence, and
executive-level coordination across strategic initiatives. This
role provides exposure to sales strategy, pipeline operations, and
executive decision making, with opportunity to expand scope over
time. Qualifications • 1–3 years’ experience in operations, sales
support, executive support, or coordination roles • Strong
organizational and follow-through skills • Comfortable working
across multiple teams and priorities • Proficient in Salesforce or
ability to learn quickly • High attention to detail and
accountability • Strong written and verbal communication skills •
Interest in sales operations, growth strategy, or business
development preferred Goals / Objectives Growth Team Operational
Support • Provide day-to-day operational support to Growth and
Business Development reps • Conduct prospect lookups and research
using Salesforce and internal tools • Create and manage proformas
for Growth initiatives • Track and manage recruitment-related
correspondence and follow-up • Support rep-identified advertising
and outreach opportunities through coordination and execution •
Remove administrative bottlenecks that slow rep productivity
Conferences, Events & Sponsorships • Manage conference and
sponsorship logistics including registration, approvals, payments,
and timelines • Serve as the primary point of contact for
Growth-related conferences • Coordinate booth materials, shipping,
and inventory • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely
delivery of materials and assets • Ensure reps are fully prepared
ahead of events Marketing & Outbound Coordination • Act as the
coordination point between Growth and Marketing (execution-focused;
not asset creation) • Consolidate and organize rep marketing
requests for efficient handoff • Coordinate outbound mailers and
advertising initiatives, including timelines and logistics • Manage
proformas and approvals related to Growth marketing initiatives
Meetings, Reporting & Performance Tracking • Own weekly Growth team
meetings including agendas, notes, and follow-up • Track individual
and team-level goals, progress, and updates • Support Salesforce
reporting and pipeline visibility • Track expenses and AMEX charges
related to Growth initiatives • Maintain consistent reporting
cadence and follow-through Contracts, Signatures & Administrative
Processes • Coordinate PA and contract signature workflows in
partnership with Contract Operations • Ensure timely execution and
documentation compliance • Train into signature and documentation
ownership as appropriate Inventory & Resource Management • Track
inventory of Growth and marketing materials • Identify reorder
needs and coordinate replenishment proactively Growth Development
Support (Secondary / As Capacity Allows) • Crosstrain with the GDS
team • Provide light outbound or cold-calling support for strategic
accounts as needed
