Tier I IT Help Desk

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide 'Level 1' Phone and Email support to our business customers and their broad arrays of hardware and software
  • Strive to provide quick response, diagnosis, and resolution of issues using all available resources, escalating incoming issues as necessary
  • Document issues, progress and resolutions on service tickets
  • Occasional travel to customer locations
  • General office duties as necessary
  • Commercial and Hotel Cloud Infrastructure
  • Fully hosted voice platforms
  • Troubleshooting
  • Quickbooks
  • VPN
  • Atara
  • TeamViewer
  • Viruses
  • Computer Crashes
  • Must have experience with ZOHO
  • Must be Microsoft 365 Certified
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft, Apple, and Google
  • Microsoft Servers
  • Commercial and Hotel Cloud Infrastructure
    Requirements:
    • Must be Bilingual
    • Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance
    • Excellent customer service
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
    • Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
    • Help Desk Experience: 1 year
    • Windows Experience: 1 year
      Desirables:
      • Hardware Break/Fix experience
      • Scripting, I.T. automation, Windows Server, VMWare, IIS, SQL, and other niche I.T. functions
      • Managed IT services
      • Technical Certifications such as those from CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft etc.
      • Previous I.T. Support / Helpdesk experience
      • A+ Certification
      • Customer Service Experience a Solid Plus for this Position
