Marketing Manager to oversee the creation and execution of
impactful email campaigns that enhance customer engagement and
drive revenue growth. This position combines strategic thinking,
data-driven decision-making, and technical expertise to deliver
personalized and effective messaging. Based in Miami, Florida, this
role offers the opportunity to contribute to brand loyalty and
customer satisfaction through innovative email marketing
strategies. Responsibilities: • Design and implement targeted email
campaigns to boost customer retention and encourage repeat
purchases. • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize
subject lines, content, placement, and send times for improved
performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to
automation triggers and data synchronization to ensure seamless
campaign delivery. • Create and refine automated customer journeys,
such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post-purchase
follow-ups, and win-back sequences. • Regularly review and enhance
automated workflows to eliminate friction points and uncover
opportunities for incremental revenue growth. • Monitor and analyze
key performance indicators, including open rates, click-through
rates, conversion rates, and revenue metrics. • Provide actionable
insights based on campaign data to inform strategies for scaling
and improving customer engagement. • Collaborate with internal
teams to ensure email designs align with brand standards and
deliver a consistent customer experience.• Proven experience
managing email campaigns and driving measurable results. •
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools, with a focus on
automation and analytics. • Strong technical skills to troubleshoot
and resolve issues related to data syncing and campaign triggers. •
Ability to develop creative and engaging email content tailored to
various customer segments. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar
platforms for campaign management and reporting. • Expertise in
analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable
strategies. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with
internal teams and stakeholders. • Knowledge of A/B testing
methodologies and optimization techniques for email marketing.
