Mausoft is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, flexible, and robust Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our clients. Your expertise in Salesforce architecture, best practices, and integration will be crucial in providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful Salesforce implementations. • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data model design, customizations, integrations, and security considerations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create solution design documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions and technologies.
• Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce configuration, development, and customization.
• Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to estimate effort, prioritize features, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, perform system testing, and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and solution roadmaps.Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data model design, security models, and integration patterns.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce customization options, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source control systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, or Certified System Architect, are highly desirable.
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams is a plus.
