Job Description:

This a temporary full-time administrative position is responsible for the filing and organization of electronic documents as well as converting paper documents to digital documents and filing in the appropriate file location. -The position will be through a temporary staffing agency, but the office is located in the People & Culture (Human Resources) Department of Town Hall where all paper files are located.
An individual will be required to focus for extended periods on reading a wide variety of documents and demonstrate attention to detail.
Previous administrative experience filing as well as proficiency in document imaging/scanning required.
Previous experience using MicroSoft SharePoint a plus
Ability to read, understand, analyze, and sort documents into appropriate folder structures based on previously established naming conventions required.


Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
