seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Permanent Trial
Attorney to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate
will have a proven track record of success in personal injury
litigation, with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a trial
attorney. They will be responsible for managing their own caseload,
leading a litigation team, and generating attorney fees of over $1
million per year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned

dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities: As a
Permanent Trial Attorney, your primary responsibilities will
include: 1. Managing a caseload of complex personal injury cases
from start to finish. 2. Leading a litigation team, providing
guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and support staff. 3.
Conducting thorough and efficient discovery to prepare for trial.
4. Representing clients in court, presenting compelling arguments,
and achieving successful outcomes. 5. Negotiating settlements in
the best interest of our clients. 6. Generating attorney fees of
over $1 million per year. 7. Developing and maintaining a book of
business, leveraging existing relationships, and creating new ones.
8. Staying current on all relevant laws and regulations, and
ensuring compliance in all activities. Qualifications: The ideal
candidate for the Permanent Trial Attorney position will possess
the following qualifications: 1. A license to practice law in the
state of Florida. 2. A minimum of 10 years of experience as a
personal injury trial attorney. 3. Proven results at trial, with a
track record of successful verdicts and settlements. 4. Experience
running a litigation team, with strong leadership and mentoring
skills. 5. An existing, portable book of business. 6. First chair
trial attorney experience. 7. Advanced communication and
negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for
our clients. 8. A growth-oriented mindset, with the drive and
ambition to continually develop professionally and contribute to
the success of our firm. 9. The ability to generate attorney fees
