A highly regarded law firm located in downtown Miami is seeking a talented attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience handling complex business matters to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a supportive, in-office environment and is passionate about solving challenging legal problems for sophisticated clients. While courtroom experience is not required, the successful attorney must have a solid foundation in litigation strategy, procedures, and strong writing skills. What You'll Do: Represent clients in litigation involving complex business disputes, including contract breaches, partnership and shareholder conflicts, and related commercial matters. Work closely with other attorneys in a highly collaborative setting where knowledge sharing and team strategy are key. Analyze legal issues, conduct in-depth research, draft motions, memoranda, and legal opinions related to complex business litigation. Participate in strategy sessions, client meetings, and discovery planning in a hands-on and engaging legal practice.
