Competitive Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary (DOE) Bonuses 401(k) with 4% Match Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment: Join a team committed to growth and client service Professional Development: Opportunity for growth within the firm Year-End Discretionary Bonuses and Origination Bonuses for portable business Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Advise clients on governing documents and applicable statutes related to community associations Review and draft contracts for clients Draft letters and motions in legal proceedings Attend hearings and represent clients in legal matters Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters Collaborate with clients and team members on case preparation and management Qualifications Needed: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in community association law or litigation Strong background in contract review, legal writing, and motion drafting Proven ability to handle legal proceedings and provide sound legal advice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
