and organized HR assistant to support the day-to-day operations of
the Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone looking to
grow in the HR field while handling a wide variety of
administrative and operational tasks that are critical to

encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities - Assist with the
recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening
resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate
communications. - Support on-boarding procedures for new employees,
including preparing documents and ensuring smooth integration into
the company. - Maintain and update employee records, both physical
and digital, ensuring compliance with legal and company
requirements. - Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll,
and other HR programs. - Prepare and manage HR-related reports and
documentation. - Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies,
benefits, and company practices. - Help organize employee training,
development, and performance review processes. - Ensure that HR
processes are efficient, confidential, and in line with legal
standards. - Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Associate's or bachelors degree in human resources, Business
Administration, or related field preferred. - Strong organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. -
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a
