Front Desk Agent at one of our thriving properties. With a legacy

individual who is passionate about creating memorable experiences
for our guests. As the face of Marriott, you will play a crucial
role in welcoming guests, handling their inquiries, and ensuring
their stay is exceptional from check-in to departure. Welcome and
register guests upon arrival, ensuring all details are accurate and
payment processed efficiently. Provide information regarding the
hotel’s facilities and services, and the local area. Resolve guest
issues with professionalism and patience. Manage room reservations
using computer systems and telecommunications equipment. Maintain
clear and accurate records of guest room bookings. Communicate
effectively with other team members to ensure high quality guest
services. Check guests out at the end of their stay, processing any
charges and obtaining feedback on their visit. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills. Proficiency in using hotel management
software. Ability to handle stress and stay organized under
pressure. Basic accounting skills to handle financial transactions.
Medical Insurance Certification in Hospitality Management preferred
but not necessary.
