Customer Service Assistant

Non-profit educational foundation is seeking a highly motivated
person to serve in our Participant Services Department. The
position requires 5-star customer service skills, minimum 3 years
customer service experience. Must be detail-oriented and
demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
must be very organized and able to work within strict deadlines.
Proficient in the use of MS Office, data entry, database
maintenance and social media. Must have the capability of working a
flexible schedule as most courses are scheduled over Saturdays and
Sundays. This is a full-time position offering full benefits. This
is a position for onsite work only - no possibility of working
Handle incoming calls from participants and faculty, and make
outgoing calls as well.
Prepare course materials, registration confirmations, course
Gather participant and faculty information and update database
Assist with quality housekeeping inspections in the suites
Support visiting faculty and participants, and ensure that both
have an exceptional learning experience
Assist the Director of Participant Services with other tasks as
