Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Position requires a Master’s
degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible
for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. A full-time,
on-site Speech-Language Pathologist in Clinical Fellowship Year
(SLP-CFY) opportunity is available in West Palm Beach, FL, serving
students from PreK through 12th grade. This role is designed for
those passionate about pediatric speech therapy within a school
setting, supporting students with diverse and multiple needs. This
contract position offers flexibility with options to work across
multiple school sites in an itinerant capacity or remain dedicated
to a single site, based on your preference. Supervision is provided
as part of the role, ideal for SLP-CFYs pursuing professional
growth during their clinical fellowship year. Active Provisional
Florida Department of Health certifications are required. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to
PreK-12 students with various communication needs Implement
individualized treatment plans based on student assessments
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply
with applicable school policies and regulations Participate in
supervision sessions as part of the clinical fellowship year
requirements Desired Qualifications: Completion of graduate degree
in Speech-Language Pathology Active Provisional Florida Department
of Health certification Enthusiasm for working with pediatric
populations in educational settings Strong communication and
organizational skills Ability to work independently at one site or
itinerantly across multiple locations Benefits of this position
