Job Description Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care Boca Raton, Florida | Sinai Residences Sinai Residences of Boca Raton is seeking an experienced clinical leader to oversee our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods as our Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care . We are looking for a Registered Nurse with strong leadership experience who understands both the clinical and operational side of senior living and is passionate about creating a culture where residents thrive and team members feel supported. The Leadership Opportunity As the Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care , you will lead the clinical operations for both neighborhoods and play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care while maintaining regulatory excellence. You will be responsible for: • Leading and mentoring nursing and care teams • Overseeing clinical operations in Assisted Living and Memory Care • Ensuring compliance with Florida state regulations and documentation standards • Conducting resident assessments and overseeing service plans • Partnering with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams • Leading investigations and incident reporting processes • Supporting infection control, safety, and regulatory readiness • Promoting a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork This role offers the opportunity to shape the clinical culture of the department and make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives every day. What We’re Looking For Required ? RN licensed in the State of Florida ? Leadership experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing ? Strong clinical and regulatory knowledge ? Proven experience leading teams and managing performance ? Excellent communication with families, physicians, and staff Preferred ? Florida ALF experience ? CORE trained (or ability to obtain within 90 days) ?
