Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Neonatology for a local contract job in Hollywood, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Neonatology - Discipline: Nurse Practitioner - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Description: - Large-level IV NICU (team also covers other hospitals in the system). The right candidate has to be someone willing to jump into that very high acuity. - Full-time NNPs rotate to all 3 hospitals (all within about 20-30 minute driving distance of each other) in the healthcare system. The 2 Level III units have 24-hour shifts. The Level IV has either 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16- hour night shifts. - Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications) - Not accepting new graduate candidates - CURRENT 2 years' experience as NNP required Compensation and Benefits: - Our clinicians enjoy a VERY competitive compensation package for the market, dependent upon experience level.
