With offices in the U.S. and Latin America, you'll work with industry experts on revolutionary technology solutions deployed successfully around the globe.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within our Professional Services team. This role combines hands-on project management with people leadership responsibilities, leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers while also driving key client-facing projects across cloud and SaaS environments.You will be responsible for leading projects related to data center migrations to AWS, contact center migrations to AWS, and implementations of our proprietary SaaS product. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in cloud transformation and enterprise project delivery, as well as the ability to build scalable processes and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.What you'll be doing:

• Lead the planning and delivery of critical customer projects, including cloud migrations, integrations, and infrastructure implementations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for strategic projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
  
• Develop and manage project charters, work breakdown structures, resource plans, and budgets to align with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope are consistently met.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Technical Project Managers, supporting professional development and performance management.
• Assign project portfolios, oversee workload balance, and ensure team alignment with CloudHesive's delivery standards and client expectations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and ensure effective communication across stakeholders, including internal technical teams and executive sponsors.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights for active engagements, risks, and strategic account planning.
• Drive the adoption and improvement of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), templates, and tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, etc.) to optimize project transitions and handoffs.
• Ensure all project deliverables, documentation, and client-facing materials are accurate, current, and well-organized.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.Is this role for you?Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of5+ years of technical project management experience, with at least 1-2 years of people leadership experience in a consulting, SaaS, or cloud services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects, teams, and customers with high attention to detail and delivery excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud migration strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading contact center or data center transformation projects.
  • Knowledge ofcloud platforms, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such asJIRA, Confluence, Asana, Salesforce, NetSuite, Open Air or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Operates with a high sense of urgency, ownership, and integrity.Certificates:
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
    • AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus and required within the first 180 days of employment.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development.Travel Requirements:
      • May require up to 10% travel within the United States.Supervisory Responsibilities:
        • This role directly supervises a team of Project Managers.
