Responsibilities include managing sales plans, profit margins, payroll, expenses, and executing company programs. The role involves hiring, training, and developing staff, and exemplifying excellent customer service and a positive workplace culture.Responsibilities:

• Hire top talent to support business objectives.
• Achieve or surpass sales, EBITDA/SOC, labor rate, shrink, gross margin, APC, customer count, and Mystery Shop goals.
• Source, select, and sell "A" players to join the team.
• Ensure efficiency, organization, industry knowledge, customer service focus, and proactive leadership.
• Develop team members for current and future roles, maintaining high ethical standards, creativity, enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• Foster teamwork, adaptability, and a positive attitude.Qualifications:
  • Completion of all training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform.
  • Ability to participate in the succession program.
