Commodore Realty is seeking a candidate to handle all activities
associated with commercial property management and leasing.
Candidate must have excellent customer service and communication
skills. Must speak and write fluent English and Spanish. Employee
in this position perform a variety of administrative and special
projects. Utilize a variety of office skills and judgment in
relieving managers of administrative details. Office schedule:
Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm plus overtime as needed.

interview. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral
communication skills. MS Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook a
must. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Yardi a plus.
Minimum of 2+ years property management experience. Experience with
Yardi Property Management program is a plus. Requires excellent
clerical skills and knowledge of grammar, spelling, and
punctuation. Attention to detail - check and double-check
everything. Ability to set and manage priorities. Duties and
responsibilities include: Documentation preparation and review: o
Proofread all documents, check for appropriate formatting, spelling
and grammatical errors, as well as ensure all attachments, exhibits
and enclosures are correct. o Review files, ensure all required
information is included in electronic data file, as well as paper
file. o screen incoming mail and prepare documents for mailing,
including enclosures. (iv) Scan all incoming and outgoing mail,
distributes, files, and saved electronically. o Prepare mass
mailings to tenants as needed. Construction/Tenant Issues/Special
Projects: o Research and/or have conversations with potential
bidders and/or the professionals chosen for the project. Upon
receipt of multiple proposals for a project, organize the proposals
and complete the comparison spread-sheet. o Place calls and follow
up with purveyors to obtain quotes for work, clarification on
scopes of work, get status updates on progress of work, verify upon
completion of work, and obtain invoices/W9 o Receive telephone
calls from tenants and patrons regarding any maintenance issues or
requests for maintenance. o Track service requests made by tenants,
their employees, patrons, and purveyors by creating work orders. o
Assist Manager to integrate new tenants into property and company
smoothly by working with accounting and property management teams.
Make sure all required paperwork has been received, completed
properly, distributed to the necessary parties (internally and
tenants), and filed properly. Collect COI, ACH, tenant contact for
new tenants, etc. File UCCs. Assist with procedure of tenant
move-in and tenant build-outs. File all documents in appropriate
working or tenant file.
