dental, vision and 401(k) Remote: This is a remote position with a
mixture of daily or weekly travel to jobsites across the
continental US. 360 Talent Avenue is partnering with a premier
wastewater solutions company to hire a Process Engineer
(Wastewater) . This is a high-impact, technical role reporting to
the Executive Vice President. The Process Engineer (Wastewater)
demonstrates highly skilled hands-on experience and industry
knowledge as part of a solutions focused team serving some of the
most dynamic industries and clients in the country. This role is
responsible for supporting system installations, startups, repairs,
and maintenance of the wastewater treatment chemistry and
equipment. This role will troubleshoot and solve complex problems,
communicate to technical audiences, and recommend operational
improvements. The Process Engineer (Wastewater) acts as a liaison
between the team and client supporting client confidence and

reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Leverage knowledge of
coagulants, polymers, and wastewater specialty chemicals to
troubleshoot and provide field support for chemical treatment
programs, equipment, and processes at industrial wastewater
treatment plants. Maintain composure and professionalism while
demonstrating urgency addressing complex situations, ensuring
effective problem-solving and client confidence. Support site
readiness preparation, and startup and ongoing monitoring. Prepare
technical reports, recommendations and communicate verbally and in
writing complex information to technical audiences of varying
levels of expertise. Follow industry standards and best practices
while remaining current in new technologies. Act as a liaison
between the team and client supporting client confidence and
business expansion. A Day in the Life Work at client site to
evaluate wastewater treatment chemistry and processes. Communicate
with the wastewater treatment team including Operators, Mechanic,
and/or Lab Tech in addition to clients to better understand the
issue. Evaluate data and use knowledge and skills to provide a best
practice recommendation. Create a report documenting results.
Continue to monitor and evaluate performance and recommend any
follow up changes. What You Bring 5–7 years of technical service
experience in industrial wastewater treatment including deep
knowledge of specialty chemicals. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,
Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred;
equivalent industry experience considered. Experience with
Dissolved Air Floatation Systems, Belt press, Centrifuge,
clarification systems, Biological treatment both aerobic and
anaerobic systems. Ability to build strong relationships across the
team and client to gather information, collaborate on solutions,
and provide recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to work independently and with a team at client sites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability
to effectively translate complex information across audiences with
varying levels of expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
comfort with data tracking and analysis with demonstrated ability
to produce professional service reports. Valid driver’s license and
willingness to travel regularly to customer facilities. Ability to
lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying plant and weather conditions.
Comfortable working in industrial environments and using
appropriate PPE. All applicants must be able to complete
