Representative Responsibilities: Contribute to outreach initiatives
and promote wireless services to potential customers by directly
engaging with members of the community. Support customers by
providing information about products and services, the sales
processes, and available devices for them. Ensure all of the
customers confidential information is input into our system
correctly and the required supporting materials are provided.
Adhere to our clients compliance protocol and maintain
professionalism at all times. Collaborate with the Customer Service
Representative team to evaluate the efficiency of the sales process
and recommend enhancements as needed.
