We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee our Commercial and Luxury Residential projects in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This position will report to the VP of Construction. Client Details Our client is a well known General Contractor that has done a variety of work in high-end commercial and residential projects. Description Lead and manage all aspects of Commercial and Luxury Residential construction projects in West Palm Beach. Assist preconstruction team Review monthly financials with Project Managers and leadership team Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines are met. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design and engineering teams. Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and reports to ownership Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on Commercial and / or luxury residential projects Strong understanding of AIA documents and job costing Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Experience working with design and engineering teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
