Job Details Responsibilities: Review financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) prepared by our bookkeeping team Identify and correct bookkeeping discrepancies, providing feedback to our bookkeeping team Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by clients and management Enter invoices, bills, checks, and deposits into QuickBooks, as needed Process payroll accurately and on time Calculate and file sales tax returns Assist with occasional bookkeeping projects as needed Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Typing speed of 55 WPM Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Skills & Attributes: Highly detail-oriented and organized Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and committed to high-quality work Interested in hearing more?
